Jaya One

Jaya One is a project owned and developed by Tetap Tiara Sdn Bhd. The company was established in 2004 with a vision to introduce a well-planned commercial centre and a new concept retail, entertainment and dining experience as part of a private initiative to revitalize Section 13.

Jaya One is now home to restaurants, bars, shops, education institutions and also PJ Live Arts, a 300-seat community theatre. In addition to that, you’ll find that we’re a convenient shopping destination with favourites like Cold Storage and Guardian.
