Equine Park Country Resort Sdn Bhd is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Global Oriental Berhad, a public listed company which was listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 28 October 2003.

The authorised share capital of Global Oriental Berhad is RM500 million which comprises 500 million ordinary shares of RM1 each. Its issued paid-up share capital is made up of RM227 million comprises of RM1 each.

The Group’s core business is property development; its township development comprising mixed residential and commercial properties are located mainly in Seri Kembangan in Selangor and Batu Kawan in Penang. The Group has been engaged in property development activities since 1992 and has successfully developed and handed over properties ranging from terrace houses, apartments, semi-detached houses, park houses and high-end bungalows.
