Bangsar Trade Centre

Plans to revive the mostly vacant Pantai Plaza are expected to commence in the first quarter of 2013 and to be completed in stages.

Located along the Federal Highway, the plaza has been renamed as Bangsar Trade Centre (BTC). This six-tower commercial park is home to a vast array of office space, retail stores, a 45,000sqf convention centre and a 385,000sqf of Food & Beverage and Hospitality wholesale mall, and a Best Western International – the World’s Largest Hotel Chain®.

Facilities include high speed internet access, rooftop swimming pool, premier lounge and four food and beverage outlets with a private access to sky lounge, an intimate dining and bar area.

Visitors will also be able to take advantage of the fast connections to the city center via the Light Rail Transit (LRT), from Kerinchi station which is located within Bangsar Trade Centre.

Malaysia Building Society Bhd (MBSB) signed a RM120 mil debt settlement agreement with Twin Pavilion Development Sdn Bhd to revive Pantai Plaza. The agreement will also settle the debts of the plaza’s previous owner, Atlas Corporation Sdn Bhd.
