Kota Bharu Trade Centre (KBTC) is strategically situated in the heart of the busiest city of Kota Bharu where human traffic is heaviest. It is fronted by Pasar Besar Siti Khadijah (the busiest bazaar), and the rear side faces the Main City Bus Terminal (linking all the main towns in Kelantan and the cities of Peninsular Malaysia).

KBTC Shopping Mall (Phase 1) comprises of 1 basement carpark, 6 levels of retail areas (Level LG to 4), 3 multi levels carpark (Level 5,6 &7) and 1 level exhibition hall at level 8 which now houses a futsal centre.

The shopping mall can be accessed from 3 entrances. The main entrance faces the famous Pasar Besar Siti Khadijah. The second entrance at rotunda faces the Main City Bus Terminal and the third is small entrance from the back of the mall.

Our anchor tenants are Parkson Departmental Store which occupies the Ground, First and Second floor while Giant Hypermarket occupies a major part of the Lower Ground floor.
