Kulim Landmark Central

andmark Central was the first shopping centre within the well-established Taman Selasih residential enclave when it was opened in 2006. The centre is located in the heart of a fast changing development of Taman Selasih’s commercial district, 10 minutes drive from Kulim town centre and 15 minutes from Kulim High Tech Park (KHTP).

Landmark Central’s positioning strategy is neighborhood focused mall, with an emphasis on its primary trade area. This market focus provides the centre with a captive customer base, whose needs are met by a tenant mix offering value and convenience. Last year, the introduction of a departmental store have further enhanced the tenant mix of the centre, bringing us closer to our purpose in meeting customers’ needs.

 Landmark Central will be under going major refurbishment by 2014/2015. The centre remains only the shopping centre in Kulim.
